Pajama Day!

     Today kicked off the start of School Spirit Week at Union Hill, and Pajama Day was the theme.  Leyton dressed in his jammies and headed off to school after we ate a breakfast of biscuits, peanut butter crackers, and craisins.  He was a little weepy when I left him this morning at school, but his teachers said he had a fairly good day.  (Although, mommy did get a call from his teachers when they said he woke up from his nap and his eyes were gunked shut!  Not again!)

     We had a fun night tonight (that is, after we calmed down from several fits), and we made sure that we fed "glow baby" her juice before night-night time.  Just like last night, Leyton has not been going down very well to bed with daddy being away.  After he gets into bed, Leyton says he wants to eat, or wants to get some juice, or wants to play, or just "ten more minutes."  He followed the same routine this evening, and after about the fourth time going down for night-night, he said "mommy kiss," and he stood up in his crib and leaned over to give me a kiss and the biggest hug ever.  It was SO SWEET!  I melted.
